Superhero Contest Rules

Kids Club ECHL Guardian Contest Rules:

Entries are due by December 31, 2011.

There are four (4) categories to enter. One for each ECHL® team in our area. Entrants will create and design a super hero for one of these teams:

- Colorado Eagles ®

- Idaho Steelheads ®

- Las Vegas Wranglers ®

- Utah Grizzlies ®

There will be one grand prize winner for each category.

Other selected entries will receive graphic novel work signed by Stan Lee (POW Entertainment) and Tony Chargin (Guardian Media Entertainment).

Winners will be notified by January 31, 2012.

Winners will be given a choice of possible games to attend for their selected team. They will receive four (4) tickets to the selected game, and be introduced during one of the intermissions. Winners will also receive two (2) nights at a nearby Choice International hotel.

No purchase is necessary. Winners must be a registered member of an Associated Food Stores Kids Club. Only one entry per person. There may be only one prizewinner per household.

Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, or exchanged for cash. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance and all taxes associated with prize. Winners may be asked to produce a current valid driver’s license. Current valid photo I.D. or to execute an affidavit of eligibility, and/or other release.

Winners responsible for own travel arrangements except for awarded nights stay at the hotel.

Participants automatically consent to having their likeness used for promotional purposes, winners agree upon acceptance of prize that the ECHL®, Associated Food Stores, Inc., and Associated Retail Stores, their advertising agencies and affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

Contests are not open to employees and their immediate families of Associated Retail Stores, Associated Food Stores, Inc. and the ECHL®, their advertisers, agencies or judges involved.

Associated Food Stores, Inc. reserves the right to alter or discontinue this contest at any time.

Contests are subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and void where prohibited.
